Policies are put into practice using the tools provided by the Management Systems. They are used to establish goals and objectives, assign responsibilities and track the company performance with regard to its environmental and social impacts, health and safety at work and quality of its product.

The performance of the company is regularly assessed, in daily and weekly meetings of the technical staff, in internal and external audits performed in conformity with the international standards.
